  • Let it snow!

That episode was awesome, gorgeous, amazing, fantastic. It was the greatest one so far. The most beautiful one with all the snow and the bells thing.

The start was amusing with the funeral and Rory's crying. Lorelai and Sookie guessing who will be the next dead person in Stars Hollow was hilarious.

Somehow there was a festive atmosphere during the whole episode with that beautiful snow and that bells. It was really funny to me that the whole town firstly liked the bells but after a while wanted to get rid of them.

Lorelai and Luke's storyline was very interesting. I liked that Lorelai showed feelings for him and was moved by his moving out of Stars Hollow. Surely, she has deep feelings about him. They were sharing arguments all episode. I loved when they went to the church at night to break the bells.

Rory thinks that the guy she asked on a date a few episodes before is spreading rumours about her around the campus. She shouts at him during lunch and the whole campus hears her. It turns out that the boy hasn't talked about Rory.

Lane is kicked out by her mother as she goes out of the house at midnight in order to go to the CBGBs and play with the band. I liked her mother's reaction to Lane's hidden life. Laneis now staying with Rory in the dorms.

I also liked how Kirk thought that he is hearing the sound of the bells all the time. So funny!:)

    All in all, brilliant episode!!!
  • Mrs Kim makes a shocking discovery about Lane, something Rory did comes back to haunt her, Lorelai freaks out when Luke tells her he moved three weeks ago. Brilliant episode.

This was completely brilliant, such a great episode. We finally had Lane talk to Mrs Kim about who she really is, Lane was confident, she though she could finally be free but then Mrs Kim kicks her out. It was strange to see Mrs Kim act so strangely, not going crazy about Lane being missing. I love the idea of Lane staying with Rory in the dorm, could be very entertaining.

Lorelai nearly tells Luke she has feelings for him, at least that's what it looked like. But someone walked in, I can't believe that. It was great to see her so distracted by Luke moving, shows that he means a lot to her. I liked Rory's story as well, that guy she asked on the date, he seems to be spreading stories about that actual incident.

But after shouting at him in the dining hall, he tells he wasn't talking about her, she runs off. The bell thing was amusing, how everyone hated them after a while. The opening scene was also really funny, with them guessing who death number five would be. I loved this episode, brilliant!
  • The truth comes out

Another death in Stars Hollow and he loves the church bells. So they are going to restore the bells. Rory was really sad...

And the bells are fixed, everyone stops and stays watching and hearing. When they stop everyone claps...so sweet.

    Lane's band get a gig!

Luke tells Lorelai he has been living with Nicole for three weeks and Lorelai gets mad, they are having a big fight, the bells start ringing and she leaves. It's a big fight, he didn't tell her and she felt hurt. When she noticed he was cleaning the snow, I thought they were going to made up but no. He started screaming and they really fight.

I hate when they fight. Everyone is getting tired of the bells and Lorelai has an idea to get two things at once, break the bells and made some peace with Luke. His apartment looks the same, it doesn't like he left.

I was sad for Lane, her band get a gig then the guy canceled it. Then they started fighting too.

Luke is a expert on breaking bells', he broke the bells the first time lol That moment when she said "I care. Because I don't want you to move", that needed a follow up. That priest!!

Lane is in trouble, she simply left home without even leaving a note, I was so sad for Mrs. Kim...

Rory called Lorelai, Lorelai told Mrs. Kim where Lane was, Luke also got two calls from Lane telling she wasn't going to work the next day.

And Mrs. Kim was so worried, she called everyone, police, fireman, people to pray...

She discovered the truth, everything about Lane's life, the cd's, the books, the cloths, everything. I think she was right, the kids don't make the rules, they obey them and it Lane wants to live like that she must go...

Rory made a full of herself lol and now Lane is there to help...
  • Church bells are restored. They disturb everyone, especially Luke and Davey. Luke tells Lorelai that he moved to Litchfield with Nicole. Luke & Lorelai fight. Hep Alien gets a gig in NY. Lane sneaks out of house, and Mrs. Kim finds out the truth.

I love this episode! The fight that Luke and Lorelai have. This is total foreplay. It is completely revealing that Lorelai is as in love with Luke as he is with her. I love that they are going to break the church bells together, and when they do, Lorelai almost tells Luke that she loves him. He is so dense about why Lorelai would be mad that he moved out of Stars Hollow to be with Nicole.

I think this episode really shows how their friendship has progressed past friendship. And Luke should have told Lorelai that he moved in with Nicole, unless he was avoiding the situation!

When Luke and Lorelai fight and then make up soon after - I love these episodes! I hate the episodes when their fighting drags on like at the end of Season 2 when Luke would not forgive Lorelai for yelling at him about Jess destroying Rory's car and endangering Rory's life.

Lane sneaks out of the house when Gil gets the band a 1:00 a.m. gig at CBGB's; Luke and Lorelai take matters into their own hands when newly restored church bells turn out to be less welcome than originally anticipated; Rory gets personal with William during a political discussion when she suspects that he's been spreading embarrassing stories about her; Lorelai is initially distressed when she learns that Luke has moved to Litchfield to live with Nicole, but a visit to his apartment over the diner dispels her worries; Lane and her mother have a long-overdue talk with life-changing consequences after Mrs. Kim discovers her daughter's secret life.
  • Lanes band gets a big gig kinda

I thought that this episode was so awsome. I really loved that the band got a gig at CBGB's and Lane had to tell her mother something for the reason why she will be out so late but in the end she couldn't tell her anything. I tought that it was really nice of Rory to let Lane stay at her dorm room and also to call her mother and tell her what happened evan though it was early in the morning. I found it funny that Mrs. Kim called the cops because her daughter was missing and it was sad that she seemed a little upset that Lorelai called her to tell her where Lane was. In the end i felt bad for Mrs Kim and for Lane.
  • This episode pushes all the right buttons. All the storylines I love are nudged along at just the right pace.

This episode pushes all the right buttons. All the storylines I love are nudged along at just the right pace.

There is Rory and her uncomfortable and embarrassing date that never was (the laundry room encounter), and Lane’s band and the possibility of playing at CBGB’s.

BTW, any episode where they have to bleep-out something is all right with me:

Gil: Yeah man, you look like my seven year old when she's all grumpy-puss.

Zach: Look, far be it from me to complain -

    Brian: Since when?

    Zach: Don't be a .

Brian: But you complain a lot.

Zach: I just think we're a little too on the beat, that's all.

I swear he says b_tch, but the only script I have found said putz – not sure why they would bleep putz, but OK.

Add to this the Luke “move to Litchfield to live with Nicole” situation and Lorelai’s admission that she’s not cool with that whole circumstance, and you have a classic. Lorelai’s red coat and white hat are awesome (yea, Lauren Graham’s hot) as she and Luke sneak in to stealthily disable the bells (you’ll just have to watch).

  • I love church bells - such a nice romantic tone perfect setting for both Luke and Lorelai to get some more cosy time alone.

In this episode Lorelai finally fills us in on how she feels towards Luke, she really gets unreasonably upset when Luke fails to share everything with her including Luke's move in with Nicole. Good for her!!! I wasn't too happy to hear that too but it was really funny when Luke started shoveling her walk and got mad back at her too and they do the "Hart to Hart" trick breaking into the church, so Lorelai Gilmore, that was fun and even more fun when she gets into another discussion with Luke about the move but it got really sad when she tells Luke she doesn't want him to move but doesn't get the chance to tell him why - talk about a cliff hanger moment!!

Rory's big embarrassing moment when she is under the impression that the "laundry guy" she asked out for coffee was spreading bad rumours about her, was really about someone else - talk about a "faux pas" poor Rory who could blame her!!
  • A trully memorable episode.

Luke gets cheated on. Why didn't Nicole just leave him. I loved the scene in the church when Lorelai and Luke are planning on breaking the bells and Lorelai reveals (or almost reveals) that she did not want Luke to be living with someone out of Stars Hollow or period. She never got to say, but it was packed with tension driven emotion, the best kind of scenes. And how great was Luke completely flipping out outside of Nicole's apartment? We've seen him lose it over Taylor, but never like this. Great to see this side of Luke.

All in all, a great episode!
  • An excellent episode and very well plotted...

This is an excellent episode from many characters' point of veiw.

The episode begins when a very sad Rory and not so sad Lorelai attend Stan's (random town member) funeral.

Lorelai is baffled when she discovers that Luke and Nicole have an appartment together and her and Luke have a massive argument about how Lorelai never minds her own buisness. Being Luke and Lorelai, they manage to become friends again whilst trying to obliterate Stan's memorial bells in the church during the night. Lorelai and Luke get into another fight and Lorelai almost tells Luke how she has feelings for him, however a reverend inturupts them, since they are having this conversation in the church.

Meanwhile, an excellent opportunity arises for Lane and her band to play at CBGB's in New York and Lane cannot come up with an excuse to tell Mrs. Kim, so she just sneaks out. Lorelai then tells Mrs. Kim that Lane is safe and sound with Rory at Yale and then Mrs. Kim sends the police and search parties home. Lane arives home the next morning to find that Mrs. Kim has discovered her secret stash of rock music and Mrs. Kim is not angry, but upset that she did not know more about Lane and that Lane was not truthful with her. Mrs. Kim has tears in her eyes throughout this scene.

Lane feels forced to move out and she then ends up at Rory's doorstep at Yale...
