  • Maya and Darnell result to unusual tactics to sell their house in a declining market. Aaron accidently buys a home sight unseen on ebay thanks to Joan.

    Maya and Darnell put the house up for sale, then are told by their agent that homes are not selling as quickly as they were.
    Meanwhile, Aaron who has been looking for a foreclosed home for over a year, is looking on line when Joan sees one and buys it. Aaron is a bit unnerved, he wanted to at least see it first. He expresses his concern about buying sight unseen on line.
    Joan starts in apologizing and tryed to get him to see the bright side. He once again forgives Joan to get to the house to discover it looks like a "crack house". Again Joan trys to embellish the sunny side of the situation.
    After an un successful Open House Darnell enlists Williams help. The two attend an Open House posing as a gay couple.
    As silly as it is the sceme works and the house sells for the price wanted. This was the funniest part of the entire episode.
    Lynn is called out by the church people who feel that Eldon is holding a double standard. At the end of the day they split. But as friends.moreless
