  • Definitely an "crazy ride" episode!

Wow, the episode was good. I really didn't like how they let Toni off so easy, I mean come on, Toni just getting her way. It was really to predictable but I am happy Toni got the baby but still the court room scene could have been a little bit better, but eh. I'm satisfied. And about Darnell, why would he come all the way back just to tell Maya that he wants her to come with him, miss his flight, just to go right back and catch another one, unless he left before his flight arrived and then got back in time, well whichever, it was confusing. I was happy to see Jennifer Lewis and Loretta Devin guest star appearances. Derek was extra cruel to Joan, a little to cruel, but Joan needed a wake up call. I was sad at the end the way that the girls all left her once she got to the court, but eh, karma, what goes around comes around. I am upset that the writers are seeming to make William desperate. I mean really, how many times are they gonna' bring Monica back to mend William, it's getting old and tiring. I don't like their storyline at all. And Joan's green outfit, it was a little over the top, I mean seriously. But I liked Lynn's song, it was really good. This episode overall was a 4 out of 5 in my book. I'm glad that it was one full hour, it was well worth my wait.moreless
  • This was a great episode. I am really hoping that it is not the series finale. Even though I am a straight male, this is by far one of the most interesting shows on tv. TV needs more African American shows on the air promoting us in a positive light.moreless

This was a great episode. It really showed Toni\\\'s character grow up but on the flip it really showed a negative side of Joan and her obsession with the party life. I am sure that it was coming since she was always the conservative one. We all need a change.

I also liked the fact that Maya and Darnell got their house. I was so happy that they ended up back together and that they could finally be happy.

I am still worried about Lynn. I am hoping that she will find herself whether its with music or something.moreless
