Lynn gets upset when she learns that the reason her record label is pushing back the release of her album is to promote another upcoming artist, Chrisette Michele and decides to confront her label only to learn that the reason they are pushing her back is because they feel that she's not black enough. Meanwhile, When William accidentally reveals the sex of the baby to Monica via text message, he enlists Joan to help him retrieve the phone before Monica sees it against her wishes.moreless
