During a press conference concerning the future of The N, it was said that the night time network would go through many changes during the Summer of 2007. For example, the design of the network would gain a "digital" appearance, focusing more on the internet. This is to keep up with the constant changes in the modern world. It was said that most of the schedule will remain the same as before, with only a few minor changes. Fridays will remain the same, belonging to premiere episode of Degrassi: The Next Generation, South of Nowhere, and The Best Years (along with a handful of brand-new shows). Saturdays will remain the same, known as Get Your Laugh On, containing shows like Clueless, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Moesha, One on One, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. They continued, saying that they hope to air movies (soon to be known as Sunday Flicks) every Sunday night, along with Dawson's Creek marathons just afterwards. The creators are also working on putting together a daily, music video countdown show called The N-10 Live, hosted by Matt Cohen, from South of Nowhere, and Tiffany Hines, from Beyond the Break. It was also said that One on One was The N's current favorite, and they would attempt to show it more than other shows. For example, it was said that the show would run for three blocks everyday, once following the new music video countdown show, and then twice after midnight (it was mentioned that the two hour block would be used to air the final season of One on One repeatedly, in which the two main characters moved on to college). A new special will also be occurring every Monday, known as Marathon Monday. This special will be for numerous comedy shows like Moesha, One on One, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and their drama shows like Dawson's Creek, South of Nowhere, and Instant Star. The N also hopes to produce new episodes of A Walk In Your Shoes, along with a new season Girls v. Boys. They also plan on taking up a five hour block on Thursday, after The N-10 Live to air older shows that were once aired on The N. This block will be known as Throwback Thursday. The N also plans on re-working their website when the changes come along.
