    How does Santana actually know about Karofsky kissing Kurt? No one ever said anything about it during the Blaine, Kurt, Karofsky, and Santana confrontation. Both Blaine and Kurt were telling Karofsky that he needs to just give it up because he's a coward when it comes to the truth. They didn't actually say anything about the Kurtofsky kiss, unless maybe Kurt or Blaine told Santana about it, which i think is also unlikely.

    Did she know about the kiss? I think she found out he was gay because she caught him staring at Sam's butt. Did she mention the actual kiss? I think I only watched this episode once or twice when it aired (I thought it was boring), so I don't really remember it...

    She doesn't exactly know about the kiss. She knows he is gay because he was checking out sam and I think she just put it together. the kiss is never actually mentioned.
