It looks far more technically accomplished than even the third High School Musical flick, and that was theatrical. The budget must be pretty big. I don't think I've ever seen such quality in a regular TV series, I hope they maintain it throughout the series.

The cast look perfect in their roles too, so here's hoping the series delivers!

This show looks promising and good, I can't wait to see the teaser after AI, is it a full-length episode, or just a glimpse of what's to come in the Fall?

It will be the pilot episode, and the rest of the season will air in the fall. Yes, it is a weird plan, but hopefully it'll grab a handful of viewers from AI.

Looks like a very intelligent show, and the OP said that the budget must be big to look that good, actually, I think it's the actors that make it look that good, it's definitely a character-driven show, and didn't disappoint.

It certainly doesn't look like a tween-only HSM crap, that scene where they go see their 'competition' is hilarious tho.

I have to say I was swinging the whole time. Why do we have to wait untill fall? Summer has not many shows, I thought this would cheer me up every wednesday, but unfortunately it isn't going to be. Well I have to find something else then

My thoughts exactly... it was so slick and well-produced, but not over-produced. Very impressive.

Where exactly does this show say "incredible production value"? It's not exactly Dirty Sexy Money, and I'm sure any talented boy/girl that sang about Rehab in the pilot was happy to do that for 1/1000000th of what the HSM cast gets.

The production values in this show are incredible, they're really putting a lot of work into ensuring the success of this show. Definitely a lot of promotion considering the pilot aired in May. I really do hope this pans out as the pilot was quite impressive. I look forward to seeing more of the series.
