We haven't been talking about this for a long time, but most of you wanted the next regionals to be in Los Angeles or in San Francisco. If not, do you want the next regionals to be in one of these cities or what?:

    - Boston

    - Chicago

    - Detroit

    - Miami

    - Philadelphia

    - Washington DC

    It's up to your decision.

Sorry, "Nationals". So you all wanted the nationals to be in LA, is that right?

Somewhere in the UK (London?) would be good.....perhaps in my house! The problem with that though is that there would only be room for Santana and Brittany!! Other than that, LA would be a good second choice! )

We are talking about in the USA, first. Then we'll get to London, UK, next.

yes i think L.A. would be awesome. sadly Waterloo i don't see them going across the pond unless there is an international show choir competitionand with glee's crazy out of nowhere story lines who knows there could be. but bigger question do you think they'll make it to nationals this year? I'm pretty sure i heard they're going up against Vocal Adrenaline at regionals. i hope they go and at the very least place in the top 3.

It would be nice to see Vocal Adrenaline beaten at the regionals. I do think that it will happen but New Directions will have to up their game somewhat to get to the Nationals. I can't see that the writers will miss the opportunity of the ND going to the Nationals. As for them being in the top three that could be a big ask as there is another series to follow. With most of them 'leaving' at the end of series 3 they should at least be in the top 10 call back.

The request for the UK was more of a dream than a reality..........you never know though, as you say crazy story lines do happen!

In the next Nationals, they should be strongly prepared and this time, no kissing distractions in the middle of any performances. NO mistakes please!

i don't think you can blame their loss at nationals with the kiss.(yes it wasn't choreographed in the song but it went with the song itself) New Directions needs to start preparing for nationals right after they win regionals But for last year being their first time to nationals and writing original songs and only having like a day and half to 2 days at most to practice they did really well.

They better be in the Nationals this year, but this time, the Nationals episodes should be two-parts!

Exactly so. The only people who knew the kiss was unscripted and the result of Finn and Rachel's emotions getting away from them were the New Directions themselves (including Will and Jesse). Why, and how, would any of them tell the judges? The judges have no contact with competitors prior to their deliberations.

If the next Nationals should be a two-part episode, then they should be scheduled in this May of 2012.

But that would be the problem, right? Even if the judges were lead to believe the kiss was scripted/aforethought, they still had reason to find it trashy and vulgar. Why? Beats me. But I don't think it had anything to do with whether or not the judges knew it wasn't scripted. My beef in that area would be with the original songs. What's the point of doing original songs if they don't announce to the audience, and therefore the judges, that the songs are original? How are people supposed to know? Hell, I don't recognize half the covers they do, I'd just take the original songs for covers of unfamiliar ones.
