This year's nominees are all impressive, indeed, but do you think the Hollywood Foreign Press will make the right choice in deciding which actors should receive the coveted trophy for winner in a an acting category? Let us know what you think!

I think that it all depends of whether your perspective of who is a better actor or not, they could all have different perspectives too, so I don't know exactly how I feel about that...

when one person has been holding the entire show together on her
own for the last 3 years, Maura Tierney really deserves an ER
    nomination.

I agree, Maura was great in ER for more than one season. Anyway, I still hope that Edie Falco will win the award. Without her Sopranos wouldn't be the same.

I'm gonna cry if Zach Braff doesn't win. He so deserves it!

Aaaaand I'm gonna die if Katie Heigl doesn't win. She hands down, takes the cake. She is awesome.

I agree with Maura Tierney, I also have to add Goran Visnjic and Linda Cardinelli. They all delivered an outstanding perfomance on "Bloodline" (season 13th premiere) and in the season 12th finale "21 Guns".

How could Tony Shalhoub lose to Alec Baldwin. 30 rock is not funny. 30 rock to me is boring. Monk is one of the best shows out there. I'm glad that Hugh Laurie won.

GO BRITS!!!  Winning in NINE categories -- how amazing is that !!! OK it's not so great for you on the other side of the pond -- but we deserve a break down and again!  I mean Alec Baldwin winning over Monk ... what is with that then ??? For a win like that ... it could have gone to a BRIT !! Oh wait ... we didn't have one in that category ... just most of the others (Well apart from The Office which is of course ... British)!!!  Sorry ... don't mean to be smug ... let me enjoy the moment ... it just doesn't happen that often ... you know BRITS winning in the US!!!

Yeah you're right although this year's nominees are somewhat filled with surprises, in a way, though. But, overall, it's still great- star-studded.

By the way, I saw a pic of Leonardo DiCaprio in a mosaic fashion in a certain site yesterday. Leonardo is one of the winners for the Best Performance by an actor for Revolutionary Road. If you wanna see it too guys, just visit:
