Just when you thought food tv should be thinking about a name change to My ego has outgrown my ability tv, in walks Dave Lieberman.

Amiable and charming, he's shown that the likes of Bobby Flay, Mario and Tyler Florence should get back to the kitchen and check their egos.

This is simplistic cooking with pizazz. He shows you don't need to be a millionaire to have fine food and fun times.

I think it's a keeper along with those other 'so cute i wanna tweak their cheek' foodies, Emeril, Paula Deen, Giai, the barefoot Contessa, Sarah Moulton and of course the pluckiest of the plucky, adorable Rachel Ray.
