Myself? the whole family has noticed that he looks gaunt and unhealthy like he's sick but not telling anyone. I dont think it was a diet, unless he had a heart attack from all that rich southern food he makes and was forced to change diets. My father-in-law looked like that after his post heart-attack prescribed diet. He looks terrible if he's not sick! I have an idea what it is, but I dont want to make any assumptions in a public forum and start nasty rumors...
