Alton Brown: "No, Mr. Pear, I expect you to die!!" Alton says this to a pear he's viciously coring with a drill. The original quote, "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!" is one of the true classics of the James Bond film franchise. Uttered by Auric Goldfinger (Gert Frobe) in 1964's Goldfinger as his laser angled towards a tender part of Bond's anatomy, the line has passed into pop culture.
