Who was the Episode MVP ?

  • An excellent season 1 episode!

This was another great episode in my opinion. I think I liked Gabe's plot a little more, as Teddy's felt a little predictable, but the episode as a whole was excellent. Many parts made me laugh pretty hard, such as PJ picking up the wrong cake, Charlie locking PJ out of the house, Amy and Bob talking about getting Charlie to stop crying and Bob saying "I went up to check on her," and Amy responds, "You woke her up when you flushed," and the 36-year-old nerd at the movie theater. I also thought Amy crying at the movie she wanted to see was hilarious! The closing bit was really funny too. So, overall, this is one of my favorite episodes of season 1, I would have to say. Grade: A. Marebear2009, out!

  • Perfect and it was very funny

The kids are determined to make Amy and Bob's anniversary party special, but their perfect plans start to go awry after Charlie's security blanket disappears. This episode was very funny. The storyline was very great. I thought the beginning of the episode was great. Teddy trying cheer Charlie up by singing the Gurgles was very funny. Bob, Amy, and Gabe going to the movie was funny. I kinda liked the plot a bit better than the other one. Charlie's blanket being sent to a truck and Teddy goes for it was funny. Some of the recurring characters in this episode were hilarious. Charlie lacking the door and messes with the stuff was very funny. Most of the lines in the episode were hilarious as well. PJ stuck in a window was so funny. There's a couple more funny parts for this episode, but that's all I'm listing. Overall, a funny episode. 10/10moreless
  • A HUGE improvement from the last episode.

Teddy accidentally puts Charlie's blanket in the donation pile instead of the laundry pile. She goes to look for it at the thrift shop but gets locked in the back of the donation truck. Meanwhile, PJ take Teddy's advice and plans a Moroccan feast for their parents' wedding anniversary. To celebrate their anniversary, Gabe, Amy and Bob go to the movie, but Charlie wrecks the feast by starting a one-baby food fight. The family has a hard time retrieving the blanket.

I thought the beginning when Gabe tells Bob to pull out his blankie was funny, somewhat offensive. I thought Teddy's plot was great and when she gets locked in the truck.

I thought PJ getting a cake saying "Bon Voyage Esther & Mary" was funny. Charlie being able to mess up the whole home, but not to open the door was hilarious. PJ being stuck in the window was funny.

I have to say that Gabe, Bob, and Amy's plot was the best in this episode, I don't know why. It was funny when Amy was annoyed by Bob and Gabe and when she had many foods in her bag.

Overall, a huge improvement from the last episode!moreless
  • Hilarious episode

This episode made me laugh very hard and I thought the plot was well written. It is Bob and Amy's anniversary so Teddy tells PJ and Gabe that what if they do something special for mom's anniversary. Gabe takes Bob and Amy out to lunch and a movie while Teddy and PJ surprise them at the house. Teddy couldn't find Charlie's blanket and realizes that she accidentally put it in the donation box so Teddy has to get it back. Gabe, Bob, and Amy watching the movie was hilarious. Teddy getting stuck in the donation truck while finding Charlie's blanket was also hilarious. It was also hilarious when PJ locked himself out of the house and then Charlie is laughing and can't open the door. Amy getting the lunch out of her purse while the guys were watching the movie was hilarious. That movie nerd guy was also hilarious in this episode. It was also hilarious when Amy said "I don't want to spend my anniversary stuck at the movies with 40 year old nerds" and then that movie nerd guy responds "Hey... I'm only 36". That guy who drives the donation truck was also very funny in this episode. It was also funny when Gabe sits next to that movie nerd guy and asks Bob if he can switch seats and then Bob responds "no" with lip talking. It was also funny that the guy driving the donation truck was sitting on Charlie's blanket the whole time and he used it for his butt sweat problem. The very ending was also hilarious when Gabe, PJ, Amy, and Bob were at the movies and Amy gets the food out of her purse... the big food this time and then the guy in her purse gave her the nachos and then he snatched a nacho from Amy and went back inside the purse. Overall, a hilarious episode of "Good Luck Charlie". 10/10moreless
  • good

this episode was just.. good. some of it was good, the plot, but it wasn't very funny. I think this is the first episode of the series thus far that did not make me laugh at all, and if I did laugh it was only once or so. So, yea, I did not like the episode a lot. The plot, about their anniversary, was good, but it did not seem like the execution was. I dunno. Their first "mediocre" episode, I think, but it was still good by some standards and so my grade is a low B or somoreless
