In this episode Goofy and Max are hire by Pete to wall paper his house but when Goofy is mistaken for a crook he is caught up is some mess. Spending counterfiet money given to him by the head crooks who think he is someone else to by extra supplies when he runs out. In the end Goofy is commend for catching the real crooks. This episode was rarely if ever shown on Toon Disney for its refernce to counterfieting and how Goofy basically got away with having it and spending it. This is not the only Disney Series to have and episode banned others include Bonkers, Darkwing Duck and Talespin.
If you noticed in this episode, it had elements that the shows nowadays won't show, because it contained some illegal activities, such as using counterfeit cash and using a gun.
Asides those things, it's not necessarily a bad episode, since the portrayl of those elements were made to be funny. Goofy was lucky as usual, and was luckier when Max had helped him. He's the unintentional hero of the show.
In other words, adults will find it more comprehensive for them than kids, because it's not pure in nature, but the simple humour makes up for the complication. So, that's to say: if you want to watch something of novelty, watch this one if you haven't already.
