Goofy inherits the scary Frankengoof castle after his relative Dr. Frankengoof passed away. The villagers showed loathe to that Doctor because of a monster that looked like Pete. Pete used this fact to disguise himself as the monster to scare Goofy into giving him half the property for his own needs, but failed, and he was mistaken as the monster by the villagers.moreless

    Since I watched it on Toon Disney and Video called Monster Bash, This Halloween episode overwhelms me as well as other Disney Halloween Episodes that are animated and live action. I saw Pete creates a duplicate Frankenstein style one is real, the other is a robot like type or something like that. This is really funny even its about one of Goofy's Family. I give this a most excellent score!

    • The differences between Monster Pete and Real Pete were that: 1) Monster Pete had a scar on his head. 2) Monster Pete's eyes are yellow outside, and have black pupils; Real Pete's eyes are white outside, and have black pupils. 3) Monster Pete had a cable on his back (unseen for the rest of the show and only seen in one scene). 4) Monster Pete is more willing to help people; Real Pete prefers to cheat people.

    • Technical Error: Despite the fact that Monster Pete supposed to have an extension cable on his back, he didn't have it everywhere else and when he came back to Spoonerville.

    • Running Gag: The villagers and Igor recognised Goofy as a relative of Dr. Frankengoof because he had the "Frankengoof nose".
