"How to" Narrator: Exercises [Skipping Rope]: Jumping rope is the perfect form of exercise and leaves to excellent cardiovascular fitness. Once you get the hang of it, some fancy foot work can make it fun. (Goofy and Pete compete in a series of skipping rope stunts, but both crashed each other on the wall) [Weightlifting]: Ah, weight training! To achieve an effective workout, place the weight pin to a desired weight. Be careful to release the weight slowly. (Pete lifted the weight but released, and got strangled) Never mind. [Trampoline]: The trampoline, a fitness favourite! For the beginner, it's best to start slowly, and work up close on the bounce. (Pete bounced higher and higher until he hit the ceiling) [Treadmill]: Treadmill! Considered the most tedious of exercise devices, they are now state of the art fun! (Goofy was running on the treadmill, then Pete, but when he ran, he saw Tan on the screen, so he energised, but was stopped and rolled away by hamburgers Goofy was holding.)
