When Pete said that after PJ left for college, he'll be a free man. He has his daughter Pistol left.
-
Possible Goof During the end of the film when goofy and max are trying to get to the stage. when it cuts away back to Roxanne and everyone at the party. Max's friend P.J stands up and says that goof kid ain't there well there are 2 errors here 1. if P.J is max's friend it's clear he would'nt shout out that max is not there with Roxanne there 2. he talks in different voice too!!!

Series Inconsistancies:
As mentioned above, Peg and Pistol are nowhere to be seen in this series, or even mentioned, as far as I can tell. I don't know where the above person found information that those two were "exploring the wilds," but I've never read anything like that, myself, but I'm certainly not saying it's false. Also, Chainsaw(Pete's psychotic little dog) and Waffles(Goofy's cat) are also mysteriously not there. I guess they were both tossed in the kennel when the families went on vacation.
Secondly, in the Goof Troop cartoon series, Pete is the owner of "Pete's Used Car Dealership". In this movie, Pete and Goofy are both baby photographers? I know Pete's Used Car Dealership was doing really bad business, especially compared to Earl's Car Lot(I believe is the name of the other regularly-mentioned dealership. . .), but even after all this time, I wouldn't think Pete would've given up on his car lot.
Thirdly, the house where Goofy and Max live appears to be tremendously nicer than it did in Goof Troop. In fact, it may very well even be a different neighborhood altogether. The house they live in certainly isn't their same place on Spooner Street that we're used to seeing!
Lastly, Goofy got a new car! I'm sure you all recall his little red junker-jeep from the series. This car is obviously not it.
-
There are two times during the trip when goofy knocks the frying pans off the luggage of the top of the car. Later, they are still there!
-
The "Reindeer Dance" song can be heard in the backgound in the episode Winter Blunderland when Goofy is dancing with Bigfoot.
-
Song: Reindeer Dance.
-
When Pistol said "Like, don't have a cowbell man." This was a reference to one of Bart's catchphrases from The Simpsons.
NOTE: Nancy Cartwright does both Pistol's and Bart's voice so that's probably why they did that reference.
-
Although the brontosaurus is an herbivore, in this episode it even eats meat. Caveman Goof was right about that fact, but Pete denied it.
-
Even though photography wasn't invented, a picture of Caveman Goof could be seen in Goofy's family album.
-
Technical Error: Towards the end, when Goofy finished telling the story of Caveman Goof, Max had two overhauls between three scenes. One was that he lost his cap, and the other was that his outfit completely changed (along with his lost cap).
-
Running Gag: The characters mentioned things that haven't been invented when either:
- They couldn't do a specific thing because of the absence of the invention (Ex: Wheels)
- The result without said invention was a failure. (Ex: Fire for cooking)
-
Technical Error: In the beginning of the episode, where Max was sitting on the couch and reaching his hand for a cushion, his eyes are periodically green.
-
Technical Error: When Professor Inferiority (Pete) opened the hatch to drop his henchmen into the water, the boat never sank. By right, any hole in the boat will fill it with water, as shown later when the acid corroded the boat and made holes, sinking the boat.
-
When Pistol was playing with her mash potatoes she made a sculptor of Goofy with them.
-
Pete didn't lie to the judge when he was discovered to have a healthy garden in a serious drought because:
- The judge was around, so Pete could have been caught lying.
- Max and PJ told what really happened, and the judge understood the whole story. - Lying will cause Pete to suffer more jail time.
- Pete never thought of it. - The episode was about to end.
-
Even though Waffles and Chainsaw are animals, Pistol never played "Circus" with them.
-
When Pistol sees Bubbles for the first time,Bubbles eats all of the marshmellows out of her bag, making it empty. Then in the next shot, marshmellows are still in the bag
-
Max and PJ have tickets to see the band the Subliminal Messengers.
-
After "The Skull" won the Biker's Duel in the end, PJ was never seen for the rest of the episode, leaving the viewer guessing how he actually returned home (or where he went).
-
When Max and PJ crash inside the pizza place PJ lands on Max, Max's nose changes to the color of the rest of his skin instead of the color black like it normally is!
