Its familly night and Amy has to perform with her falling apart dummy Dennis. But in the middle of their show his head takes a fall! So pouting Amy askes for a new dummy. So her dad pulles out a old suitcase and she opens it. And finds mysterious words. She reads then alod and hugs slappy but what she does'nt know is that she created a nightmare!

This is a great episode! One of the best. The acting, camera work, the effects. The music also builds up the tension! Slappy also has a creepy voice so thats a great quality in the episode also.moreless
  • This episode was simaler to Child's play by the way they are both lost souls. Amy brings home a new dummy named Slappy. She is suprised to get a new dummy to replace Dennis.Slappy insults, teases, and makes misery. He then reveales he's alive to amy and hermoreless

I love this episode for lots of reasons. One is that it's simmaler to Child's Play 1,2,and 3, my favorite movies.I also loved the creepy music and the the fact that Slappy is smaller. At the end, in the credits, They do not reveal who voices Slappy. Chucky also relates to Slappy in 3 ways.

    1.They are both lost souls.

    2.They are both evil.

3.They have evil chants. There is also more but those are 3.I hyper-venilated last night from laughing at this episode.I didn't see the beginning for some reason. But i love slappy for an odd reason(Don't ask).I gotta go, bye bye.moreless
  • It's the middle of Amy Kramer's most hated night, Family Night, where every member of the family has to share something with the others.

I first read a tv book, that had pictures from this episode. It looked so cool, I could not wait to see it on tv. I finally saw it, and it was one of the best episodes of Goosebumps I've ever seen. I loved the backround music. It starts out peaceful, and throughout the episode, it gets more and more suspenseful. The ending was creepy with Dennis coming to life as well. This is by far one of my favorite episodes of the show, and it would be awesome of they release it on dvd, even though I have a recording of it.moreless
