AIRED:
Soaring into a temper of confusion and fear, Carly Beth runs away from Sabrina's house, scaring nearly every kid she passes on accident. As you know, poor Carly Beth is afraid of EVERYTHING!! That is...Until she finds a Novelty Shop that sells masks...Creepy masks! She buys one and puts it on to get even with some people who previously put her through some scare-jokes. But it seems as though she's changing. And the mask she is wearing seems real. Very real. Maybe a little TOO real! She really wants to get even with Chuck and Steve more than anything. But first, she has to find them. Can she find them without getting herself and maybe Sabrina in trouble? If you like Goosebumps, then be sure to watch this episode first, as it is the one that started the series.moreless

Continuing from part 1 of the Haunted Mask. After Sabrina shaked Carly Beth, Carly Beth pulled a prank on Sabrina. So, Sabrina and Carly Beth continue trick-or-treating while at a random house, a mother with two kids was furious with Carly Beth, so she told Sabrina she threated Carly Beth on calling the cops on her for scaring her kids. Sabrina says that they should go to her house, but Carly Beth refuses. As Carly Beth is out to find Chuck and Steve and so she did in the graveyard. So she scared them and told them to apologize to Carly Beth's "head" which is the plaster head with a pole and it was freaky that the plaster head spoke and really frightened Chuck and Steve and ran away with fright. Carly Beth buried her head in the cemetery and found Sabrina and they went to Sabrina's house. When Carly Beth wants to take of the mask, but she can't. It's like its' stuck to her skin. Carly Beth started to freak out and ran out of Sabrina's house to go to the Novelty Shop for the Shopkeeper's help. And the Shopkeeper tells her everything and she can only take off the mask with a Symbol of Love. Then the remaining mask begin to rise and chase Carly Beth all the way to the cemetery to dig up her plaster head and scared all of the masks away and she finally took off her mask and went straight home to her loving family. the haunted mask is really awsome and i think it is the best serie in the world at least for children. The best part in the film is that carly has the mask on and that she is making people scary. The people that had made this episode had don every well because the made a great episode. one of the last things i have to say is that when i was a child i liked the serie very much even when i am grown up i like the serie. And i'm still asking where they get that scary mask frommoreless

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • Early in the episode, Carly Beth's mom tells her to be careful with the plaster head since it can break easily. Later, however, Carly Beth throws the stick (with the plaster head on it) on the ground when she "attacks" her friend by grabbing her neck and shirt collar. Then, Carly Beth lifts up the head and it is completely unharmed when it should have been broken.

  • QUOTES (6)

    • Carly Beth: (Possessed by the haunted mask) And this, is Carly Beth's head!

    • Girl in witch costume: What are you supposed to be?
Carly Beth: I'm supposed to be me but I'm not. I'm supposed to be me, but I'm not!

    • Sabrina: Let's just go back to my house, okay?
Carly Beth: No! This is my night, Halloween is my night. It's the one night I get to have fun. The night I don't get to be pitiful, scareable Carly Beth.

    • Mom: (After Carly Beth scared the little girl) Listen, don't frighten her like that, she's just a little girl.
Carly Beth: Aw, isn't that too bad.
      Mom: Hey, cut it out!
Carly Beth: And if you don't stop talking, you'll get what's coming to you too! (She takes some candy from the bowl and runs.)
Mom: (To Sabrina) You tell your sick little friend that I'm gonna call the police!
Sabrina: She didn't really like that! Carly Beth! Wait up!
Carly Beth: Did you see the look on that old bag's face?
Sabrina: Carly Beth, that old bag says she's calling the cops on you!
Carly Beth: I'm not afraid of her.

    • Shopkeeper: (Referring to the masks in his shop) I call them the unloved ones, because no one will ever love them now. No one. Only you, Carly Beth. You're the only one that ever wanted them, the only one who ever loved them.
Carly Beth: No! No! I want it off! I want it off, now! Take it off me! I hate this face! I hate this face! I hate it! I hate it!
Shopkeeper: Carly Beth, I'm sorry, but this face is your face now.
Carly Beth: No, no! (She begins crying uncontrolably.)

    • Carly Beth: (Trying to take the mask off) The mask...it won't come off.
Sabrina: Really? Can't get it off?
Carly Beth: It's like it's stuck to my skin.
