Blair sends text message to Gossip Girl using her contraband cell phone: "Lonely Boy and Miss Carr? Mary Kay Letourneau alert!"
Penelope: B, why are you doing this? Queller will tell Yale you're finished with detention and it's over. This is madness!
Blair: No! This... is... Constance!
Chuck: (to Nate and Vanessa) The Ultimate Private Gentleman's club. I walked through this door and it was...
Vanessa: the Chuck Bass' version of Narnia?
Dan: (to Jenny) Hey, this day is getting weirder by the minute.
Jenny: Anything you want to tell me?
Dan: Um, besides I'm glad you're not wearing that raccoon makeup anymore? Because you looked like one of the Incredibles.
Jenny: Aw, thanks, a lot. And I thought I was the bad seed in the family.
Dan: (confused) What? Alright, what's going on?
Blair: I have a friend on cyberspace who knows just what to do. (sends tip to Gossip Girl) X.O.X.O.
Nate: You're not still thinking about that girl are you?
Chuck: Her name is Elle. If you must know, I'm late for my chiropracter. Makes the Kama Sutra feel new again.
Nate: Nice to see you moving on.
Blair: (to Dan) The Ladies Room? I knew you and Serena were having problems. I had no clue they were anatomical.
Blair: When the truth fails you, you have no choice but to abandon it. Make something up, idiots! With friends like these, who needs friends.
Gossip Girl: Every great leader knows, you don't send your girls into the field unarmed. If we know Blair Waldorf, munitions are on their way (referring to cell phones).
Miss Queller: New school policy. There will be no cell phone usage during school hours. Every morning before you enter the building you will check your phones.
Blair: Is this a joke?
Penelope: I feel nauseus.
Hazel: Pinch me. I'm in my own worst nightmare.
Blair: (to Serena on the phone) Never in my 16,982 hours of schooling have I ever been sentenced to detention.
Gossip Girl: (opening voiceover) While Upper East Siders are hitting the snooze button, Blair Waldorf had a rude awakening when the rooster crowed at dawn this morning.
Gossip Girl: (closing voiceover) They say every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and once something is set in motion, it can't help but build momentum. One thing is certain on the Upper East Side. What goes around, comes around.
Harold Waldorf: Sweetheart, what matters most to me is not what college you go to, it's what kind of a person you grow up to be.
Nate: So, the Ultimate Gentlemen's Club was here? Because this place reminds me my aunt's house.
Chuck: This was the place. I know it.
Blair: Ladies, you can get your tiny brains to rest. Once again the world has proven - anything you can do, I can do better.
Blair: When the truth fails you, you have no choice, but to abandon it. (angrily) Make something up, idiots.
Blair: With friends like these.. who need friends?

Carnal Knowledge: is a legal euphemism used for "sexual intercourse".
Blair: I love Damages.
Damages is FX's legal thriller, set in New York, which stars Glenn Close as America's most reviled litigator.
Blair's message to Gossip Girl: "Lonely Boy and Miss Carr? Mary Kay Letourneau alert!"
Mary Kay Letourneau is former school teacher from Orange County, California and well-known by having affair with her minor student. She even gave birth to two children by him. After serving several years in prison, they both got married.
Episode Title: Carnal Knowledge
Refers to the movie with same title Carnal Knowledge (1971), starring Jack Nicholson as Jonathan and Art Garfunkel as Sandy. The film was directed by Mike Nichols and written by Jules Feiffer. The story is about two pals, who were college roommates, about their sexual and emotional confusion and experience with ladies, since the day that they met at college in the 50's up to the Vietnam era, when they are already adults. This move has faced legal problems because of its content of sexual issues. The public had prejudice and different standards.
Although this term - Carnal Knowledge - has a very simple explanation. The word carnal derives from latin carnalis, meaning fleshly and the word knowledge in this phrase derives from the Biblical sense of to know, which means to have sexual intercourse with. Sometimes this term is used to describe a rape.
