The saleswoman says to Jenny, "It's not my fault that you don't know what a Valentino is worth now." However, the blue/purple handbag Jenny is carrying at the beginning of the episode is a Valentino.
The tag for this episode is "B. Missing in Action". This is in the opening theme.
Jenny now has a new hairstyle that's shorter and curlier.
It's mentioned that Kati's father moved them back to Israel.
Rufus: Hey, whenever you are done with that "I'd do things differently" look, two things. One, I can't seem to nail Jenny down on what she wants to do for her actual birthday. Dan: I'll get it out of her. Rufus: Good. And two, what the hell are you still doing here? Dan: (looks at the clock) Mm! Thank you!
(When the girls find out Jenny stole Hazel's mom's dress) Blair: Excuse me, this seems private, so I'm gonna head out now. I have a table at Butter, reservation's under 'Waldorf' in case there's an after-party.
Serena: Can you just get it over with Chuck? Say whatever pervy thing you're going say and leave.
(Blair stops walking) Serena: B., what are you doing? Blair: Giving home schooling some serious consideration.
(At Jenny's party) Penelope: What's Blair doing here? Elise: I don't know, but this party's kind of weird. Hazel: Weird? It's time for it's induction into the hall of lame.
Serena: So do you think Jenny'll be all right? Nate: Yeah, Dan's a good guy, he'll take care of her. Serena: You are too, you know, a good guy. A forgiving guy? Who can't pit himself against Blair forever. Nate: Goodnight. Serena: I'm sorry! You gave me an opening I couldn't resist. I'm just saying.
Gossip Girl: As any good general knows, you never let your soldiers see you sweat. Looks like this battle's ending at Butter, and the win goes to B. Victory is sweet.
Hostess: There's a line outside, you ready to give up your table yet? Blair: No, my party's coming. (hostess looks at Blair's empty table) They're coming!
Serena: Oh, okay, lets get one thing straight. Our parents might be insisting on blending our households, but I am not your sister. I do not share any of your D.N.A. nor do I ever wish to. Chuck: Then I suggest you get new hand towels.
Hazel: (at Jenny's party) How long do we have to stay? Blair: Rice Krispie treats?
Serena: (after the champagne at school incident) You're right, Mom. This morning I woke up feeling a little uneasy and thought to myself "Hmm, maybe I'll call the entire junior class out to the courtyard for a little champagne toast".
Gossip Girl: One may be the loneliest number...but sometimes only the lonely can play. Wake up little Jenny. The biatch is back.
Blair: How do you manage to get out of everything unscathed? Serena: Because I'm nice. You should try it. Come on, compliment me, tell me my hair looks beautiful. Blair: But your hair looks disgusting. Did you even shower today?
Gossip Girl: The French Revolution had cake, the American Revolution had tea, but looks like the overthrow of Blair Waldorf, well... (a scoop of yogurt falls on Blair's head) Who said you need a silver spoon to dole out just desserts?
Serena: What are you doing? Eric: I'm hiding from my vallet. He wanted to put my socks on for me this morning. (to Chuck) Your servants are very attentive. Chuck: You should meet Bergita the maid. Serena: No! No he should not meet Bergita, he's 14, ignore this person. Chuck: May I remind you Serena that you used to have a sense of humor.
Blair: What's happening? Dorota: You have bad dream and you're sleeping with your chocolate. Blair: (pulls the chocolate closer to her) Oh, Lady Godiva my only friend.
Gossip Girl: Wakey wakey Upper East siders, Spring Break is done and I'm starved for the dish. Were you sunning in Capri or singing in Croatia, give me the deeds.
Lily: (to Serena) Don't leave your dirty package on the table. Chuck: If I had a dime for every time I heard that... (Eric laughs) Bart: That's enough Chuck.

Gossip Girl: Wake up little Jenny! The biatch is back. This is a reference to the Elton John song The B**** is Back. On an interesting side note, Kristen Bell (Gossip Girl) starred in the former CW series, Veronica Mars. The series finale of that show was titled, "The Biatch is Back."
Blair's Dream Sequence: The episode's opening sequence where Blair is dressed in a coat and looking for a cat in the rain is a recreation of the final scene of the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's, starring Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard. This film is also known to be Blair's favorite movie.
Klaus and Sunny von Bulow: Chuck refers to his future step-mother, Lily van der Woodsen, as "Lily von Bulow." This is an allusion to the infamous real-life story of Klaus von Bulow, a British socialite accused of the attempted murder of his wife, Sunny von Bulow in 1980. The real-life story was later adapted into the novel, Reversal of Fortune: Inside the von Bülow case
