    This is a great episode in which Grace makes some big decisions about her future. The bosses at the refinery are cracking down and Grace must make the choice to eiher quit or follow her dream of having a college degree. Grace has difficulty weiging all of the options. She must consider how it will affect not only her, but her children. In the end, she decides not to ask her children to sacrifice more than they already have. However, John decides to force her to do what she knows is best for her. Her fires her giving her enough severence pay to go to college. This episode is a great example of Grace's character and how she has redeemed herself. It is also refreshing to see something go Grace's way for the first time in a long time. It gives up hope that Grace will finally make it.moreless
