Great British Menu is back and the fight is on as some of the nation's greatest chefs battle for the chance to cook a glittering Olympic banquet. The feast will honour the hopes and achievements of the country's sporting heroes, and it will be a glorious celebration of Britain's culinary talents. This time it is the battle of the Scottish chefs - returning contender Alan Murchison and newcomers Colin Buchan and Mark Greenaway. Sir Matthew Pinsent takes time out to meet one of the chefs and give them valuable tips on competing at the highest level. All three chefs are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the banquet. This is the big one, the main course, but which one will get top marks? Will it be barbecued veal with macaroni cheese, spinach and watercress; beef rump and terrine; or loin of blackface lamb with sweetbreads?
