  • A scandalous story hits the campus newspaper and sends the Greek system into turmoil.

I felt so bad for so many characters in this episode.

Rusty for the Jen K betrayal. Both Calvin and Ashleigh for the misunderstanding. Even Frannie because of the dumping from Zeta Beta

I love Ashleigh... but how could she land Calvin in it like that... She's fantastic but... could she be any sillier?

Kappie's mysterious near abduction of Rusty just to confirm his brothers' support for him, it was awesome!

But I'm not loving the flirtation of him and Rebecca. Frannie deserved all that was coming to her. Seriously, she thought that she could stay another year, stay President and all would be fine? I think not. And I'm not sure why Evan believed all the garbage that Frannie was sprouting. I mean, he's not all that clean himself. What a silly silly boy.

Wow. I'm still speechles. I just got finished watching this episode and it has to be the best and my favorite episode so far. The first nine episodes were character development and now it's starting to get gooooood. An article comes out in the paper exposing the Greek system. It's main focus is the ZBZ house, exploiding everything about everyone including Casey, Evan, Rebecca, and Rusty. Casey tells Frannie that she thinks it was Rebecca. Jen K. tells Rusty she did it. Jen K. comes clean with the ZBZ house, and Rusty breaks up with her. A Greek representative comes to the ZBZ house to straighten things out and names Casey president. Frannie gets mad so she tells Evan that Casey was just using him for selfish reasons and that she still loves Cappie. Ashleigh dumps Travis for Calvin, but when Ashleigh throws herself at Calvin he tells her he's gay and she gets mad because he didn't tell her sooner. Ashleigh decides to be his friend, but accidently lets it slip to the Omega Chi house that he's gay Rusty walks in on Cappie and Rebecca. Casey takes Rusty home since he missed his flight. I loved this episode. I can't wait to watch more.
  • Twists and turns...great mid-season finale.

So a lot happens here...as soon as I saw Jen K's face after news of the article arrived...I knew it was her so I was glad she came clean in the first ten minutes. She was a good character and its a shame that she came to this harsh end. Everyone hating her...Rusty refusing to forgive her. You couldn't blame anyone, she really did lie to both Casey and Rusty.

As for the whole Frannie thing...she is evil and I don't know why Casey would care if she was hurt. I liked how Ashleigh and Casey secretly met with the rep and revealed all...I think these two are my favourites. How nasty was Frannie going to Evan, that was below the belt...he actually seemed very hurt when she broke it off, poor Casey though...

Even worse is Calvin is outed to all his house by Ashleigh. It was a really funny scene but I hated how no one wanted to even talk to him. I like them as friends too so I hope they work things out. Plus Cappie sleeps with Rebecca who was quite funny here with her 'suspect' comment at Frannie. Will Rusty tell Casey? Who knows...I really want to watch more but can't...
  • Exciting mid-season finale.

There are many dramas and break-ups, and hook-ups as the first semester at Cyprus-Rhodes University comes to a close.

A scandalous article is published in CRU's newspaper: Greek System EXPOSED. It reveals all of the secret things that had happened that semester. And, Casey thinks that it is one of the girls at Zeta Beta Zeta. When it is revealed that Jen K is the author, Rusty has a tough decision to make.

Frannie is set on ruining Casey's life when she gets the ZBZ presidency.

Ashleigh discovers that Calvin is gay and accidentally reveals the secret to the guys at Omega Chi. So, Calvin de-pledges.
  • Ashleigh is so stupid! But I love her. There were so many different ways she could have back-tracked...

I was thinking OMG she didnt just say that. Anyway, a brilliant "finale" according to the BBC. A lot of 'wows' and 'uhs' to make it exciting and a wicked plot that drives apart two couples leaving destruction in its wake. Hurricane Jen K has passed...

When a scandalous story in the college newspaper hits stands trashing the Greek system, everyone is in a frenzy to figure out who the undercover culprit could be. She broke Rusty's heart for an article. The lowest of the low but I hope she comes back and Evan over-reacted and Frannie's a b!tch. One you love to hate Bring on Part 2 of Season 1 - please, I cant wait!
  • Amazing episode! I didn't see this coming.

Wow! What an amazing last episode.

    So many shockers happened.

Who knew Jen. K could be so minipulative.

Its ashame about what she did with the paper and everything, cos Her and Rusty made such a cute couple! But Rusty chose right to breakup with her.

Ashleigh likes Calvin, but he finally admitted he was gay to her! And apparently not just her. Now the whole of his sorrority know. Ditsy Ashleigh for accidently telling them, hehe. I felt soo sorry for Calvin when he walked into the house and they all just stood there staring at him, and then he took his badge of and left!

Soo.. eventually Casey and Evan broke up. Its about time.

I actually hate Frannie! i am glad she was dropped as the head and that Casey is now. But gosh, Frannie sure knows how to get back at her! What an evil Skank!!

Well.. this was a great season finale!

    Can't wait for season 2 :)
  • I did not see this this coming! Another great episode!

Rusty's girlfriend, Jen K. is revealed as an undercover reporter who writes the scandalous article about what has been happening on campus. ZBZ is then investigated and as a result, Frannie is removed as president and the position is given to Casey. Meanwhile, Ashleigh accidentally slips away Calvin's secret to his fraternity brothers and Rusty struggles with his relationship with Jen K. He eventually breaks it off with his first girlfriend and first love. Then after drinking with Cappie, Rusty discovers Cappie's one night with Rebecca.

Anyways, I can't wait until the next season. This show just keeps getting better and better.
  • What a way to end the season, just kind of wished they had more than 10 episodes in the first season.

With the end of the first season upon us, we see the development of many characters throughout the series. First of all, we finally see Cappie has gotten in touch with his softer side and that life isn't all about partying, fast cars, and fast chicks. We also see that he is doing well as Rusty's mentor and big bro, by giving him much needed advice and taking care of him when he needs it. We finally witness the downfall of Frannie and the rise of Casey, however, we see Frannie's character develop into more of an evil entity on the series. We see Rebecca's character do a total 180 and now she seems a lot more likable. We also see the mistakes made by Ashleigh as she finally dumps her boyfriend who everyone is not so fond of and goes for Calvin, who we all know is gay However, she makes the mistake of telling all his brothers that and Calvin is forced to de-pledge himself and leave his fraternity. We also see that Jen K has been undercover this whole time and that she wrote a revealing article about the greek system at Cyprus Rhodes. Its a shame that Rusty couldn't forgive her, even though it seemed like he was going to. However, I see that she will still be successful even without Rusty, its just that they looked so great together. Well, all I have to say is that I can't wait for the next season, since there will be new pledges, new drama, and a whole lot more college life going on.
  • Jen K writes a story about the Greek's dirty secrets and everybody is effected. Everything changes and relationships come to an end.

This is the episode where the one betrayal has a major effect on so many characters. Jen K only joined the sorority to write a column for the campus newspaper by going undercover and seeing first hand what Greek life is all about. I felt sorry for Rusty and I wanted him to scream at Jen K for betraying his trust and hurting him and his Greek brothers and sisters. I am glad he broke up with her since he made a good point, if you loved me then you would have not wrote this story. Now the whole campus knows his secret even if they don't know it was him that cheated on his midterm. Casey had every right to be mad at Jen K and I am glad she throws her out of the sorority. Casey coming clean about the scandal and wanting to take the fall was great. When the chapter leader made Casey President I was happy for her. I hated Frannie for telling Evan that Casey only stayed with him was because of his name and not that she loved him. I want Frannie to pay for her cruelty to Casey and for breaking them up. I hope Casey will try to get together with Cappie next session. Too bad Calvin was treated so badly by his frat brothers. Leaving his fraternity pin behind was very upsetting and I was sad for him. I hope Calvin can forgive Ashleigh for accidentally telling his frat brothers he is gay.

I am glad Ashleigh broke up with her horrible boyfriend who doesn't love her the way she loves him. Too bad the boy she liked was gay.

Seeing Rebecca and Cappie in bed was not a shock but I still didn't like it. I hope Rebecca is not using Cappie to hurt Casey. I can't wait for season 2. :)
  • All the drama continues when an article comes out in the paper about the Greek System.

This episode was definitely the most dramatic episode of them all especially when the article came out. So not only did we have all the drama from the relationships but also Casey becoming president of ZBZ, making Frannie do her "normal tricks" like telling Evan things. I thought it was kind of rude how people treated Jen k. I mean it wasn't her fault all that happened. It was kind of her job. And her and Rusty breaking up and then Evan and Casey. Cappie wasn't in this episode that much but he was flirting with Rebecca toward the end so could this be the end of Cappie/Casey? I can't wait until next season.
  • Frannie and Casey's war continues and a newspaper article has everyone in an uproar.

What a fabulous episode with so many twists and turns that it is impossible to have to wait for a second season!

Frannie and Casey's war goes into overdrive with Frannie informing Evan about certain matters, resulting a Evan and Casey's breakup.

After Ash came on to Calvin, she tries to apologise but accidentally outs him to his fraternity. Calvin leaves his pledge pin in the house and walks out.

Cappie and Rebecca end up together in bed and again, Rusty is the one who walks in on them.

Rusty, poor Rusty breaks up with Jen K. after she confesses that she is the one who wrote the newspaper article, which had the Dean threaten the entire Greek system...

Roll on the next season !!!
  • Jen K. writes an undercover expose on the Greek system at Cyprus Rhodes, the aftermath chain of events puts a sever in all relationships.

    Wow...............

    That about sums it up.

So again my DVR misfired and I only caught the last 45 minutes of the hour, right when Casey and Frannie were dealing with learning it was Jen K. who wrote the expose. This is when the stuff hit the fan. The aftermath was the most important, so once again Casey sacrificed herself for the sorority and it paid off, she is now the interim President. Which pissed of Frannie who we all know is having a hard time leaving the Greek and College life behind her, but she masterminded the cover up and got what she deserved. She then ruined Casey and Evan, by proving to Evan that Casey was using him.

Calvin was outted by Ashleigh. This was devasting for both of them.

Rusty had to dump Jen K. I mean she betrayed him, his brothers, his sister, and this may sounds cheesy but their way of life. I did feel bad for her, it must have been a good article to get national attention and all.

Through it all Cappie was the voice of reason.

What a way to go out, I think it ranks up there on Season Finales with the one where Ross says Rachel.
  • the zeta beta zetas come under investigation after a mystery writer from the inside lets slip all the dirty secrets of greeks. trouble in paradise for both rusty and casey. asleigh finds out calvin's secret.

this episode was full of twists and turns. the fact that jen k. was pretending to be a pledge to write a story for the news paper stunned me. it was so heartbreaking having to watch rusty break up with jen for the lies. seeing evan and casey break up wasnt very surprising, though enjoyably because now her and cappie can resume their relationship next season, i hope. cappie and rebecca being together wasn't a shock either the way they were acting in previous episodes. though i hope it doesn't mean anything for them next season. watching calvin take his pin off and leave it back in the frat house was a tear jerker. he tried so hard to hide who he was from his brothers, only to discover they were never his brothers. though the episode was great, there wasn't much cappie in it which disappointed me.
  • Oh my god! Everything is on fire! Everything! Just whoosh! Up it goes. Spoilers**********

Calvin comes clean to Ashleigh who accidentally blurts it to his frat who don't accept him and causes him to quit.

Frannie is outed as the president, and that little B**** confirms why I hated her more than I've ever hated anyone in my entire life, real or fictional, and tells Evan things she shouldn't, causing him and Casey to break up. Rusty and Jen K break up with breaks my heart into tiny little pieces and Cappie, oh the adorable Cappie, continues to hold my heart in the palm of his extremely handsome hand. GAH! Up it goes. Next season should be AMAZING! Come back Greek, come back!
