Well, assuming "Cappie" is a nickname derived from his actual name and taking into account the fact that it would be ironic for a child of two hippies to be named this and the fact that it is considered abnormal and embarassing, I'd wager that it's something like "Capitalist". =)

Ok well I do not think that his hippie parents would name him Capitalist, cause as hippies they would hate capitalists so it would kind of be like they hated their son. I thought it could be Capricorn, but that would be weird if he were not one. For some reason Capistrano stood out in the jumble in my mind. But my thoughts now lead me to believe it has to be something where 'cap' is just a part in the name, and not the beginning of it. I feel by adding the hippie part of it they threw in a wrench because it could be anything, but by revealing that he would be embarassed if everyoen found it leads me to suspect it is a dorky name.

It sounds like a good guess, the actual spelling is Copernicus.

I still do not think it is Capitalist despite that I forgot that Cappie said it was ironic for hippies, it does now make me feel they named him after someone famous, and possible someone who would be anti-hippie, who I don't know.

I always figured that "Cappie" came from Kappa Tau.

My first thought was when when they said his hippie parents had a find sense of irony, I thought his name might be some political name, like Richard Nixon.

The fact that he said it was hippie and ironic probably means we wont be able to guess it....

I don't think we'll be able to guess it, I just wanna hear what it is. Earlier I thought that maybe his parents were rich, kinda like Evan's, but he dint tell neone, and that he had one of those odd family names where he is a II or III or sumthin like that. Cuz see I didn't get to see last weeks eppy so I didn't hear him say his parents were hippies, it could still be that way tho, but that would def explain a lot of Cappie's behavior.
