  • great!!!!!

left an impact after just watching 2 seasons! it's bad that series 3 and 4 isn't available to watch on Netflix! don't suppose you can do anything about it?? :-o lol but seriously... great series, there's so much drama, excitement, romance, fighting, action, and just simple fun, great characteristics andenjoyable to watch.
  • It was a good episode, but the main story line Casey/Cappie was weak.

The writers need to work better on the Casey/Cappie storyline, it is just not working.

The cliffhanger from previous season created no surprise at all and it was very clear during the whole episode that Cappie and Casey are not together.

Cappie actually was really off this episode.

I can't see the sparks between them anymore, no even on the final scene where he supposed to show that he still have fellings for Casey.

The love triangle between Rebbeca/Ashley/Fisher was good and there is potential to develop.

Dale was also good and I am curiuos about how he is going to be devoloping this year now that he is no longer a purity pledge.

Frannie will be missed, as her storyline line with Casey/Evan was one of my favourites.

Also Cappie and Evan recovering their friendship won't do any good for show. With Frannie gone and Evan and Cappie friends again there are no fights or conflicts on the show.

I love this show, but writers need to come up with a more interesting storyline.moreless
  • The morning after the End of the World party the students are all dealing with their new lives. Struggling to accept their actions during the party some repent while some try to pick up the pieces.moreless

Last season the world was ending, so anything goes, but now everyone had to deal with their actions since the world didn't end.

Calvin and Dale were dealing with the choices they made in respect to their significant others, Dale with landlady Sheila and Calvin with roommate Grant. Dale finally gave in to Sheila's cougar ways, and broke his purity pledge, and is not handling it well. Calvin looked shocked as Dale recounted the events that led to his pledge breaking evening, Calvin like me did not think Dale had it in him. In the end Dale's plan to marry Sheila backfired as she was not interested in such a serious commitment from her star tenant.

While Calvin thought he slept with Grant it turns out that all they did was kiss, however Calvin's relief was short-lived when the issue of how dating his fraternity brother and roommate would go over with the house. Calvin and Grant decided to take things slow and keep their relationship on the down low, unfortunately Grant is not moving as slow as Calvin would like, he seemed a little hesitant at the Omega Chi party. While these two have provided some humorous moments, their relationship is bound to cause some problems for Omega Chi mid-season maybe by the finale.

Rusty still facing the possible oust from the honors program goes looking for Max only to find by Dale's former Canadian roommate (did you all catch that one?) that Max had left for England once again and now Rusty was both hurt and without help for his extra credit project. When he turned to Casey for help she of course was dealing with the drama of being rejected by Cappie or not, as she still wasn't sure. When Jordan pleaded with her to help Rusty, Casey devised a plan that forced Rusty to fake an illness and be fed a melted candy bar from a campus security officer. Soon after the Cartwright's are joined by Cappie, as Rusty gives Cappie the cold shoulder believing the story Cappie told Max to protect Casey, and finding it to be hypocritical of Cappie when just a few weeks ago he did the same when Rusty and Jordan got together. When truth was revealed it only left one thing unanswered will Cappie and Casey finally get together and once again we will not be making any headway there. The Cappie Casey will they, won't they game lives to see another season.

Though there is one event that will take center stage next week, Rebecca and Fisher made out at the party and everyone saw, they just didn't see that it was Fisher. Rebecca used Evan to help cover up her indiscretion which only backfired for the recently penny-less frat boy, who borrowed money from Rebecca in order to host the Greek Assassin game. It looks as though Rebecca is back to her old ways, and I for one am excited, however I don't think Ashleigh will handle it as well as Casey did back in season one.

In the end it the drama of Greek is in full swing. This episode reminded me of the first episode back after the first finale, "A New Normal", because now everything has changed for the Greek students. Well-written and a good starting point for what looks to be a great season.moreless

  • QUOTES (5)

    • Wade: Why'd you shoot an old lady?
Rusty: How are you an old lady?

    • Cappie: Test tubes not bunnies!
      Security Guard: What the hell...
Cappie: I'm a ninja. For the ethical treatment of animals.
Security Guard: NETA? Look, there are no animals in this building!
Cappie: Oh, really? Then where are they? Did you know there are more animals used for testing than there are in the entire world?
Security Guard: Well, that doesn't sound accurate.
Cappie: Well, probably... (Security Guard turns him around) Okay!

    • Rebecca: (to Evan) Oh my god. You're poor.

    • Cappie: Chemistry's just like cooking right? I watch the Food Channel. I can be your sous-scientist.

    • Evan: What happened to you guys last night? You didn't come home.
Calvin: Nothing happened! I stayed over Rusty's and Grant stayed over somewhere completely different.

      "Countdown" - Jupiter One

    • Casey: Grignard? Like that guy from Entourage?

Entourage is a HBO dramedy about the rise an A-list movie star, and his childhood friends from Queens, as they coast the unfamiliar land of Hollywood. It stars Kevin Connelly and Adrian Grenier (who Casey incorrectly refers to).

    • Casey: I also watched the first hour of Once twice and the last 45 minutes of The Notebook once.

She is referring to Once, a romantic film that chronicles the love between two musicians in a course of a week, and The Notebook, another romantic movie about an elderly man who reads a story about a couple who fell in love during the 1940s to an Alzheimers-ridden woman in a nursing home.
