      • Oliver: Is there any mail for me?
Sam: (being spiteful) I wouldn't know. I had all of your mail re-routed to the Pixley post office.
Oliver: Oh, for the love of--!
Sam: By the way, don't forget to change your zip code. Pixley's 96344821756.
        Oliver: I'm not---!
        Sam: Hooterville's 3.
Lisa: Oh, Oliver, we should have stayed here. They have a lower zipper code.
Oliver: (correcing her) Zipper cod. I mean a (confused and fumbling) zip--zip
Sam: Oh no, it's zip CODE. We pronounce it different here in Hooterville.

      • Haney: Now Mr. Douglas, to be truthful---
        Oliver
: You dare YOU use that word!

      • Lisa: (reading the condemned sign) These promises are commended.

      • (Lisa asks why Oliver has to pay a $360 bill)
        Oliver:
        They're for taxes.
Lisa: I thought taxes was a very rich place with oil wells.
