Richard (takes the list from her): Thanks. Let's see what we got here. (looks over the list) Yang, what's wrong with you? You're wasting an opportunity on 300 pages of common procedure.
Cristina: She let a straving person loose in a grocery store. She asked what I want, I want everything. What am I supposed to do?
Richard: Get creative. I mean, look at that. (points to the heart in a box)
Cristina: Okay.
Richard: It's the key.
Cristina: To what?
Richard: To the list. So, use it, use the key. Unlock your mind.
Cristina: What are you talking about?
