Cristina is angry with Derek since he has Meredith calling him McDreamy again. A patient named Yumi Miyazaki is presented with a tear in the lining of her esophagus. Alex is so nervous about the results of his exam that he eventually asks Izzie to open them for him. Alex passes the exam. He also punches out Yumi's coach for pushing her in a way that ended her career. Cristina "moves in" with Burke but doesn't give up her apartment. She doesn't tell Burke that she didn't give up her old, messy apartment. She does tell Meredith.
