Darn it! i really wanted to watch this show but since it will be on at the same time as Supernatural and Fringe i will not be watching it at least not live. Probably online though. But this is pretty stupid of NBC to put in the same time slot as these two shows especially when it has supernatural type feel to it. What does NBC have in the 8 o'clock hour that they couldn't put it there? or let alone another day? anyways i guess i will just have to watch this online oh and BTW right now you can watch the first 20 mins on the NBC website!

For anybody who says they can not watch it cause they are recording two other shows at the same time slot than just watch it on NBC.com the next day.

Fringe season one was great then it fell flat for me, I gave up on Supernatural after the first two eps, last season wasn't impressive and I wanted something else, so Grimm works just fine for me. I go straight from Grimm to Sanctuary.

there is no way to watch this and not sacrifice another...even with a cable dvr and a personal dvr that makes it's own discs i still could not watch all three. meanwhile the cable shows usually better anyway(not regarding super and fringe)are rerunning several times a week. nbc has lost it...can not be thinking. and as much as i want to enjoy this show the casting seems odd. the wife/gfriend is lame and the stories have probs...you would never ever take police protection from a dying patient after a murder attemp. NEVER...and the hunt theme has been done to death...still the idea is a good one and i want to figure a way to watch it and still see fringe which i won't give up and super which i don't know yet...oh we spoiled americans and our problems!

I think that they still have ways to go with this show. I tried watching Fringe, but never really liked it. Supernatural should end this season. When they killed off Misha Collins/Castiel, they lost lots of fans from Misha's Minions.

Grimm is starting off really slow. Eddy is awesome. Aunt Marie was great before she was killed off.

I prefer this show over Once a Upon a Time.

Eddy is awsome, regardless of what others have said this shows seems fresh and I like the casting, I was getting tired of repeating actors...

Well clearly this show isn't doomed considering it had a great debut ratings-wise and easily beat both Fringe and Supernatural in week 2 this past Friday.

I thought this show would be a lot better too. I was thinking it would be the next Tales from the Darkside, Goosebumps, Haunting Hour, Freddy's Nightmares, or even Fear Itself, but it's more like a cop show in which the cops go after people who hurt these other people. And the first episode, the guy felt like a pedo with Little Red Riding Hood. For the Bear episode, there was barely any part where they were bears. Next episode is supposed to be about bees, and I think the one after that is about wolves again. To me, it's just not very interesting. I thought it would be good. Geesh, I miss that show Fear Itself.

It may survive 1 season. After that, it is anyone's guess.

I just don't get the "You are the last of your kind[insert name]"

    1 vs multiple enemies genre.

He is not last o his kind.

He is last of HIS FAMILY of his kind.

AUnt Marie did say in second episode that there multiple dozens of families of grimm bloodlines, with one acting grimm at time, spread through the world and most have no contact with each other. I suspect we will see more grimms soon.

Your DVR may only record two shows, but hulu.com and On Demand give you opportunities to watch Supernatural and Fringe if you choose to Watch Grimm, or vice versa.

    And NBC knows that.

I personally love Grimm, but unfortunately my viewership will never add to its ratings.

This is not because I have other shows to watch at the same time, or I can't record enough quality television.

Its because I live in Australia. TV sucks here unless you have Austar, and even then. Have you heard of the Vampire Diaries? Yeah it just started airing here. I feel I've proven my point.

i watch this show live now because well Fringe will be cancelled after this season and I DVR Supernatural when the two shows are on on the same time but when there is no Grimm i watch Supernatural live if you asked me why its because Grimm is new and i want to give it a chance to get renewed for a second season while Supernatural isnt going anywhere and Fring is doomed for cancellation so i gave up on it i will wait until the dvd comes out then im going to watch the rest of the season.

I love this show and I don't think it's (at least I hope it's not) doomed.

I watched one episode of fringe and never really got into it and from what I've heard it's not going to last another season.

And I gave up on Supernatural last season because they pretty much flushed that show down the toilet with the ridiculous angel war and purgatory nonsense.

I much prefer to watch Grimm over those two.
