Classic episode of Grounded for Life here, definitely a classic. Even though the plot wore thin, Grounded for Life managed to expand it, and you just never know if Claudia & Sean have told the whole story until the very end. That's how it was like with this episode. Who would have expected the twist with Sean yelling at the barber shop guy.

That definitely was a hilarious scene and probably the best of the episode. Now the writers don't usually pair up Lilly with Eddie, but to be honest, they should have put these two together more often. We've got complete opposites with Lilly over exaggerating everything and Eddie being a chill carefree guy, this pair is hilarious together. Lilly freaking out over the tickets was entertaining and Kevin Corrigan's reaction time was great. Henry's haircut, wow, was that fun to look at. Not only that, but we got a lot of funny one liners here, the sight of Jimmy in the dryer had me in stitches.

Superb episode of Grounded for Life, which is most definitely not surprising.moreless

  • NOTES (2)

    • Tag scene: The family decides what to do with Henry's hair.

    • Yellow Pages ran a commerical in the UK which used the same premise as this episode: James Nesbitt attempts to cut his nieces hair. It is interesting to note that this ad aired AFTER Grounded For Life began on ITV1 in the UK.
