Sean's takes a swing at tree surgery and ends up causing a blackout during the superbowl. But his biggest concern is what he saw through Lily's window while chopping the tree -- Lily holding a bag of pot. But what's even more shocking is where Lily got the weed: out of Sean's closet. With the blackout, Dan O'Keefe moves his Superbowl party to the Finnerty home, where they listen to a play-by-play given by Jimmy from his 5-inch TV.moreless

Hilarious installment of Grounded for Life here. We got 2 separate story lines that tied in quite perfectly. From Sean trying to get the tree down to him knocking over the power line as a result of seeing Lilly with a bag of pot. The most memorable thing about this episode was the surprising ending. Not that it was Sean's pot, but that the bag was oregano the entire time.

Lilly smoking Oregano? Now that's good TV. I could have done without the "coffin dream." Just something you wouldn't usually see on Grounded for Life. All the flashbacks were great. Also loved how the power out affected all the neighbors and the whole Super Bowl was going on. I just love how this show ties in it's story lines in such a flawless manner.

Overall, this will definitely go down as one of my favorite episodes of Grounded for Life. We got a lot of noteworthy scenes, and some hilarious flashbacks and back-and-forths. With an interesting premise, and terrific acting: you've got yourself a great episode.moreless
