In 2002, Dinah was "rescued" from prison by Jeffrey in exchange for a little help. For a time she impersonated Princess Cassandra Winslow, better known as Cassie, along side Jeffrey who was Prince Richard Winslow's official double. After Dinah and Jeffrey parted ways, Dinah began impersonating Cassie on her own, as a way to get around Europe. The deception was revealed in 2004, when Cassie learned that credit cards were being used in her name all over Europe.

When Frank was first introduced on the show in 1987, he ran a garage in order to make money to help raise his sister Harley. A local thug, George Stewart, convinced Frank that he could make more money if he assisted him with his car theft operation. George would steal cars, bring them to Frank's garage, and Frank would chop them up and sell the parts. Later, George's partner, Nicky Sutton, began filling the stolen cars with drugs. When Frank found out about it he helped the police arrest Stewart and Sutton and closed the shop for good.
