For years I have been looking for a recipe that matches what we received in Germany in the little Gasthouse Bahnhoff Schenke... JaegerSchnitzel is one of my fondest memories from Germany... A good JaegerSchnitzel and a Weitzenbier, oh man...couldn't ask for more...and the Pommes Frits!!! You can't leave the Bahnhoff Schenke hungry, PERIOD! This recipe has the exact Flavor, the exact Consistency, the exact "aroma"...In cooking it, I would not modify the recipe except to make sure it is VEAL that is used, and not Pork...but in a pinch, it is ok to use the Pork. The results are quite similar, although not exact, due to the difference in the flavor of the meat. I love it with Pork, but when you use Veal, it is just "soooo Awesome!"...
