A really great way to start the series.

This is the pilot episode for the series. It was a great way to start it off. Emma, Cleo and Rikki are your regular girls who don't have powers. But one day when they all get stranded together on the island of Mako and it is a full moon they get powers and must work together to figure out what has happended to them. The next day they wake they find out that they aren't normal anymore first Cleo is taking a bath and she turns into a mermaid next Rikki is walking through a sprinkler and she gets sprayed and grows a tail next Emma is swimming and the same things happens. They later find out that they have powers Rikki can burn water up, Cleo can control water with her mind and Emma is able to freeze water and they all become best and close friends. This is a great way to start the series how all three different girls must work together this episode deserves a 10/10. Great pilot episode.moreless

three girls have a life changing event (two girls were friends before) and one girl neither would be friends w/ other than in this situation..but they can't tell anyone

ok this was a pretty decent ep..i mean it was the first ep..either u watch it again or dont..this is the ep that reels u in or makes u never watch the ep again..i liked how the girls were just normal at first and lived like every day teen girls and then one thing w/ stupid zane made them change..off on a tangent here..i hate zane..what a jerk..anyways it was interesting seeing them annoyed by their new fin..it was interesting how each of them found out tho..i liked it..the ep was decent and it was interesting to see a sci-fi show on nick (even tho its from australia)moreless

Metamorphosis is the beginning of this show about mermaids and I loved it. The only problem I have is with the Australian accents, I'll just have to get used to it though. The characters are likable and those mermaid suits seem so real, must've cost a lotta money. This reminds me of the Alex Mack show from Nick back in the day. Its about time they showed more Sci-Fi. The effects when the girls were in the water was great. So far my favorite character is Emma or Cleo because they're both hot. I wonder what kinda trouble the girls will get into with their newfound tails. I'm ready for more episodes.moreless
