Boss wears the same suit to the wedding that he wore to Bijou's mansion in "Maria's Birthday Party". In fact, he said in that episode that he last wore the suit for another wedding.

Mr. Yoshi and Charlotte got engaged in "Sunset Proposal" and Mr. Yoshi told his class about it in "The Ham-Ham Express."

Charlotte's note to Mr. Yoshi is in Japanese characters. In fact, there seems to be a bit of a joke with this. Hamtaro looks at the note and asks "What is that writing?" to which Boss responds: "Must be code in case her father finds it." For the record, here's the note as stated out loud by Charlotte: "Dear Phillip, I'm sorry to leave you waiting at the altar, but my father is the only family I have. I don't wanna get married without him being there. Come talk to him, please?"
