    miley blows off an afternoon with her dad to go on a date with jesse. but, jesse gets distracted from a phone call from his dad. miley grows impatient and wants to leave, being hurt that jesse couldn't blow off a phone call to be with her, until jesse tells her he is in the army and therefore he does not see him a lot. miley, as hannah, then puts on a special conert for families dealing with things like that.

    good episode. miley was kind of selfish. surely she knows that not everyone would do something else than hang out with their dads? surely she knows some people don't see their fathers every day, for various reasons? But i liked the end, which is one of my favorite endings in the show. A+moreless
