Goof: In one scene, the picture of Jackson's face attached to the cardboard body is left outside where Miley left it and then in the next scene it's back where it belongs.
Goof: When Miley goes into Jackson's room to find something that he treasures the most, she picks up one of his T-shirts that is as stiff as a board. It is in fact cardboard cut out in the shape of a T-shirt and painted red with Rico's Surf Shack logo on it. The prop person, however, forgot to paint a small section of the T-shirt and you can see a part the cardboard sticking out.
Jackson: Miles, I'm sorry about your bear. (Laughing) May he rest in pieces.
Miley: This is not just a stuffed animal! It's a part of my childhood! The move from the crib to the big girl's bed, the measles, the mumps, the potty training! He was there through it all! Joey told Miley "Bye, Bye, Bye", which is an allusion to the song "Bye, Bye, Bye" from 'N Sync's 2000 album No Strings Attached.
