Goof: In "You Gotta Not Fight for Your Right to Party", Jackson was forced to share Miley's bathroom until his was fixed, but the bathroom that Jackson took a bubble bath in is actually Miley's.

Goof: When Robbie and Lilly were discussing Lilly's mom, Miley said that it was a year since they dated. But that would mean Miley, Lilly, and Oliver would be sophomores, and it's clear that this late in the season they are juniors.

Continuity Goof: Rico hires Oliver to take over Jackson's job at the Surf Shack, but in "B-B-B-Bad to the Chrome" Oliver has already replaced Jackson as Rico's head employee.

Continuity Goof: In "Miley Get Your Gum", Oliver has a fear of chewing gum due an incident that happened when he was a baby. As Oliver hangs out with his fans at school, he is chewing on a big wad of gum, which a chiclephobic like him would never do.

The outfit and wig Jackson wears at the end of this episode is the same costume that he wore as Bucky Kentucky in the season two episode, "I Am Hannah, Hear Me Croak".

Robbie Stewart's song, "I Want My Mullet Back" is played in the background when Rico is learning how to line dance.

Goof: When Robbie first gives Miley the hot chocolate she has a cracker in her hand, but in the next shot, the cracker is missing, with no evidence that it was eaten.

Goof: Hannah was injured a skiing accident, but Miley is the one who was treated at the hospital.
