Another terrific episode from the deepest crime show on TV. It is wonderful to watch the characters develop to what they are in Silence Of The Lambs and today's show itroduced the angels that we all know so well. Since Hannibal has no own way of killing he loves to be inspired and surrounded by minds close to him. His trying to alienate Will from Jack was a bit too obvious, but maybe and quite possibly it was exactly the opposite, to draw them closer together, so he (Hannibal) can keep on working with Will, who is about to lose his mind.
The revelation scene, in which Jack realizes what is wrong with his wife, was awesome, deep, and so emotional. Their later meeting and how she tells him that he cannot comfort her was something I don't recall having watched before on TV, where light hearted and stupid entertainment often rules. This was a very well written episode with a lot of care for the characters and their relationsships to each other. Impressive. I love it.
