    Richie loves basketball and he certainly loves his high school, so pulling off a miraculous shot in the dying seconds of a basketball game which secures a win for Jefferson High makes him an instant hero with his team mates and other school friends.

    Basking in the reflected glory of his success proves a little difficult though when a rival team who badly want to win the next game use a very pretty girl to attract Richie's attention so that they can kidnap him and make it impossible for him to play.

    This is vintage 1950s - type humor and there is lots of fun to be had in this episode so make sure you watch it.moreless
