Howard isn't too thrilled that Potsie is going to be staying with the Cunninghams while his parents are away but that will be the least of his problems as the episode progresses.
Ralph is challenged to a drag race and is terrified so Fonzie, the King of this kind of thing offers to ride for Ralph instead. Hearing about what is going to happen, Potsie persuades a reluctant Richie to sneak out so that they can watch the event. Unfortunately for everyone involved, Joannie (Erin Moran) finds out and tells her father who promptly goes to stop the event taking place - right about the time the police turn up and threaten to put everyone in jail!
