Everyone is planning to surprise Marion for her birthday at the house as she returns from Mother Kelp's. They sing "Happy Birthday", and everyone except Richie becomes frozen. Mork from Ork has returned to Milwaukee. He currently lives on Earth in the year 1979. Mork mentions President Carter and Richard Nixon (Mork says "don't ask"). Mork says he is having trouble adjusting to life on Earth and wants to go back to a time when things were slower and humdrum. Mork asks Richie about relationships. Some past scenes are shown ("Bye Bye Blackball," Officer Kirk). More scenes are shown - this time involving Joanie. Mork asks Richie about parents as past scenes are shown featuring Howard and Marion. Scenes are shown featuring the cast wearing various costumes. Fonzie enters, and Mork freezes him. After unfreezing Fonzie, Mork shows him that he has complete control over everyone. Mork gives Fonzie the power of the finger, and he has Chachi kiss Joanie. Mork then gives Richie the power and says they are both abusing it. Fonzie asks Mork about two things in 1979: cars and girls. Mork says both are faster. Fonzie leaves. Richie tells Mork about Fonzie, and past clips are shown. He says that fights are expected in a good relationship - past scenes are shown. True friends always make up - past scenes are shown. Several kissing scenes are shown. Mork leaves. Everyone continues singing "Happy Birthday" to Marion after they are all unfrozen. Mork calls Orson and reports on friendship in the 1950s.
