As usual, Richie, like most boys of his age, is more interested in girls and dating than most other things. For Richie, the biggest barrier to a successful love life seems to be the fact that his father has to drive him everytime he goes on a date.

Finally, after much discussion, Howard agrees to buy a second car for the family and, luckily, Fonzie, who is a whizz at all things mechanical, has just finished overhauling a pretty snazzy dragster and is willing to sell the car to Mr. C at a resonable price, however, things get a little hairy for all concerned when they realise that, unbeknowns to any of them, the car is stolen property.moreless
