Fonzie is in his apartment when Chachi comes in. Fonzie goes in his closet and gives Chachi his "little" black book (actually a large binder). Chachi asks why Fonzie's giving him the book, but Fonzie can't say. He also goes in his desk and gives Chachi the deed to his spot at Inspiration Point. Fonzie tells him that he has stopped dating girls.
At the house, Richie comes down dressed in a suit to go out on a date with Lori Beth. Joanie comes down wearing a towel (with shorts and a strapless top underneath) for Jenny's come-as-you-are party. Howard returns home angry because his car has a flat tire. Howard, Marion, and Richie sit down to watch Jackie Gleason. Howard and Marion run into the kitchen to get some food during a commercial. They make it back just in time for the show. Fonzie comes in and makes his announcement, but nobody is listening.
Al talks on the phone with his meat supplier and cancels an order. Fonzie hasn't been there in week and it's had a ripple effect on his business. Ralph and Potsie bring two girls from Oshkosh into Arnold's for Fonzie to date. The girls' names are Doris and Charlene who look and act similar to Potsie and Ralph, respectively. Fonzie comes in with Richie but he backs off from the girls. Fonzie and Richie talk in the office. Fonzie says he is allergic to girls. Richie offers several other alternatives as to what the allergy could be (flowers, grass), but Fonzie says those couldn't be it. Richie, then, says he should test his "allergy" on some non-Milwaukee girls. Richie, the control subject, kisses the Oshkosh girls with no side effects. Fonzie kisses Charlene and then Doris with no problems and thinks he is cured. After Fonzie leaves, Richie says it isn't possible for Fonzie to be allergic to every girl in Milwaukee and that it must be something else.
Howard comes home for lunch and finds Richie. Fonzie starts sneezing when he meets Charlene and Doris again at the front door. In his apartment, Fonzie packs up his suitcase as Richie walks in. Richie asks Fonzie how he prepared for his date so that they could figure out what's really causing Fonzie to sneeze. Fonzie gets his master list from a hidden storage place in the ceiling. They go through his checklist. Fonzie puts on his aftershave (Mr. Musk) and starts sneezing when he smells perfume that he gives to his dates. The combination of the aftershave and perfume form a chemical reaction that causes Fonzie to sneeze.
The family sits down to watch Jackie Gleason on Saturday night and hear Fonzie shout "Geronimo." Howard asks what Fonzie's doing up there, and Richie says it's just number 35.
