    My appreciation for Harry's Law continues to dwindle down by the week. Just two outrageous cases they took on today. Unclear what the band actually did, all they had was grainy video, and then another obscure Tommy Jefferson issue he dealt with. Has he handled a normal case all season? It was not that bad, but I can't give it a passing grade.

    • Ohio effectively abolished the felony murder rule through the enactment of its involuntary manslaughter statute.

    • Early on in the episode, the three lawyers - Harry, Adam, and Phoebe - are speaking to each other in the gymnasium in normal voices while the marching band is playing. No one could possibly hear each other while a 39-piece brass band is playing and marching in a gym with a wooden floor and walls, even if they were screaming at the top of their lungs!
