Recurring Role |
Ohio effectively abolished the felony murder rule through the enactment of its involuntary manslaughter statute.
Early on in the episode, the three lawyers - Harry, Adam, and Phoebe - are speaking to each other in the gymnasium in normal voices while the marching band is playing. No one could possibly hear each other while a 39-piece brass band is playing and marching in a gym with a wooden floor and walls, even if they were screaming at the top of their lungs!
Sam Berman: Hey, how about we get a drink sometime?
Harry: A drink?
Sam Berman: Yeah, a drink, have a couple of laughs. Why not?
Harry: Sam, I haven't been asked out since the Carter administration.
This episode is rated TV-14-DV.
