    "Bad to Worse" really showcased what this show needs to do more of and that is focus on intriguing intellectual cases. They went for mostly emotional ones during the first season, but tonight's one had us guessing and then almost had an NCIS like mystery for us to follow along with, certainly a good combination. Jason Alexander was decent in the dramatic role, although I'd like to see him go back to comedy. All in all though this was a solid episode.moreless
