I'm not surprised the Eric Sanders trial ended the way it did. The real-life Ryan Widmer case ended in a mistrial the first time, a hung jury the second time and he was finally convicted a third time. (Although I still think Widmer is innocent, but that's another story.)

If you don't know about Ryan Widmer, Sarah Widmer was found dead in her bathtub in a suburb north of Cincinnati. Although Harry's Law changed a lot of the details, the premise was the same--a husband was accused of killing his wife in the bathroom

Finally this long case is over although it ended with a bang in a superb episode.

So I guess the writers of Harry's Law will have to have Eric Sanders back too?

I really enjoyed the 3-part story... they should stick to this instead of "1 story per episode" deal...
