The front of courthouse shown in the episode is the Potter Stewart United States Courthouse. It is located at 100 East Fifth Street in Cincinnati and houses the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. It is named after Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court Potter Stewart (1915–1985), who served on the high court from October 14, 1958 to July 3, 1981.

Adam tells us Cassie's nickname is "The Smart Bomber" because of her excellent cross-examination skills when she worked at the D.A.'s office.
