What exactly are the lyrics to the theme song?

This is what I'm hearing right now:

"who is the man in the suit?

who is the cat with the beak?

do you really want to feel him,

something attorney, habeas corpus, something something,

    Harvey birdman, attorney at law"

"who is the cat with the beak" makes no sense... is it talking about Avenger? Harvey doesn't have a beak.....

Someone please help me out here

    Harvey Birdman Attourney at law

"Who's the CAT with the BEAK" I think - "beak" because he is BIRDman and "cat" because he supposed to be a macho guy (if you notice, the scene in the intro while that verse is sung is the one while he kiss the girl and she slaps him.)

    so..

Who's the man in the suit,

    who's the cat the beak

Do you really want to feel

power of attorney (that's much more logical then Harvey attorney)

    habeas corpus

    (something something) jury/attorney

    What's a cap? aside from a hat, but a hat isn't a person and isn't harvey birdman...

*Definitely cat. Weird though, they're referring to a man-bird as a cat..

As far as I can tell, the lyrics are:

Who's the man in the suit?
Who is the cat with the beak? [cat meaning a male]
Do you really want to feel him?
    Power of attorney
    Habeas Corpus
Marvey attorney [marvey short for marvelous]
    Harvey Birdman
    Attorney at Law

"Power" seems most likely because the words "power of attorney" flash on screen at the time of that lyric. "Marvey" is just what I've always heard, and I wouldn't put it past them to sing it.

I'm pretty sure they mean "cat" is in "cool cat"... you know? Like a cool guy. It's slang.

    Surely it's "Harvard Attorney".

It would make a lot more sense...

Perhaps Cap is short for Captain? No?

yeah, 'cat' makes more sense, meaning something like a playboy, which rather suits the character. Kinda archaic slang dating back to 60's where Harvey is actually from. And yes, seems like it's 'power of attorney', it's the series' tagline after all

do you really want to fear him
    power of attourney
    habeas corpus
    more of the attourney
    harvey birdman, attourney at law
